Eucharistic Revival 2024

@ Stella Maris Family of Parishes

The Church in America is participating in a National Eucharistic Revival. The mission of the Revival is as follows: To renew the Church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. At the local level, within Stella Maris, we will offer a number of initiatives in 2024 to enkindle this living relationship in the lives of parishioners and friends.

The Surrender Initiative Mass By Candlelight

Feb. 2, 2024 | St. Thomas More Church (800 Ohio Pike Withamsville, Ohio)

Come pray for family members and friends who have stopped practicing their Catholic faith.

6:00pm Reconciliation & Music | 7:00pm Candlelight Mass | 8:00pm Wine & Cheese Reception

It’s not that the Eucharist needs to be revived, rather, we need to be revived by the Eucharist.

The Vigil Project

True Presence Night of Worship @ St. Bernadette

March 2, 2024 @ 7pm

RSVP to receive updates about this event.

Eucharistic Miracles exhibition

We will be hosting Bl. Carlo Acutis’ Eucharistic Miracles Exhibition from Feb. 16-Mar. 17, with panels split between the four churches. Travel from one of our parishes to the next to “catch them all!”

Want to know more about the exhibition? Visit the official website.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Exhibition

  • Yes. We will set up as many panels as possible within the churches/gathering spaces.

  • Due to space constraints and constant facility usage, we are unable to have all of the panels displayed in one location for the whole month. The best way to view the maximum number of panels will be visiting each church during a scheduled Mass/adoration/reconciliation time, or attending each of the Eucharistic Saints talks four consecutive Wednesday nights from Feb. 21-Mar. 13.

Eucharistic Saints

A Lenten Talk Series @ Stella Maris

Every saint loved the Eucharist, but some saints expressed a particular devotion to the Eucharist. This Lenten talk series will peer into the mystery of the Eucharist through the life of a saint and that saint’s devotion. Each talk will be followed by a time for Q & A with the speaker and a wine and cheese reception.

Save the dates. Each event will begin at 7pm.

  • Feb. 21 @ St. Peter w/ Fr. Tim Ralston — Bl. Carlo Acutis

  • Feb. 28 @ St. Thomas More w/ Brad Bursa — Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati

  • Mar. 6 @ St. Mary w/ Mother Marie-Cécile, OCD — St. Thérèse of Lisieux

  • Mar. 13 @ St. Bernadette w/ Mother Seraphina Marie, FDM — St. Clare of Assisi
